Traffic Light

Each student starts off every day at a GREEN light. This means that they are “ready to go”! If a student chooses to not follow one of the classroom rules, they will be moved to a YELLOW light so they can “slow down” and think about their choices.  If a student continues to make choices to not follow the rules then they will be asked to “stop” at the RED light and notification will be sent to the parents about it. 

"Wish Upon A Star" Wall

 In addition to individual management, we will be “keeping our eyes on the stars”!  Each time the class is “caught” being good (i.e. working well as a team, making choices as a community in fair ways, etc.) they will be awarded a marble.  Every time we reach the class count in marbles (20 students=20 marbles) we will get to “Wish Upon A Star” where the students have made wishes for fun rewards.
